A boutique law firm with a reputation for excellence in real estate law is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join its growing team.
Who You Are
- A litigation-focused attorney with 4–7 years of experience in commercial and real estate disputes
- Deeply familiar with New York State law and the workings of the New York Supreme Court
- Comfortable navigating the legal landscape across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and occasionally Long Island
- Skilled in handling co-op and condo conflicts, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and eviction proceedings
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in litigation matters involving co-op boards, sponsors, and commercial landlords
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including court appearances and motion practice
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and timelines
- Maintain a daily billable target of seven hours

Salary Range: $190,000 – 225,000 annually, based on experience
