A boutique commercial litigation firm in Manhattan is seeking a driven Litigation Paralegal to join a high-performing team. 

Who You Are 

  • You have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience with hands-on drafting responsibilities 
  • Familiar with the CPLR and New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF) system 
  • Comfortable preparing pleadings and motion papers, including summary judgment and default judgment materials 
  • Able to manage a high-volume caseload with competing deadlines 

What You’ll Do 

  • Draft pleadings, summonses, complaints, motions, and other litigation documents 
  • Prepare and electronically file documents in New York courts 
  • Support motion practice by assembling filings based on prior matters, templates, and case requirements 
  • Coordinate service of process and track procedural deadlines 
  • Assist with judgment enforcement and post-judgment matters 
  • Maintain case files and provide day-to-day support across numerous active matters 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Court filings and drafts are accurate, complete, and timely 
  • Multiple matters move forward efficiently without missed deadlines 
  • Attorneys receive dependable support throughout the litigation process 

Salary Range:  $70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
