Job Details
- Act as a resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more
- Research, design, and implement HR policies
- Manage key parts of benefits administration, including leaves of absence (LOA)
- Represent management in employee relations matters
- Perform research and data analysis; present findings to senior management
- Lead recruiting function and determine strategic hiring needs
- Develop, manage, and enforce employee contracts
- Manage and update confidential data in HRIS and ATS
- Salary: $110-1200k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years’ HR Generalist experience
- Must have experience with Benefits Administration and Leaves of Absence
- Must have HRIS/ATS knowledge and full cycle recruiting experience
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local and federal labor laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
