Description
Join a leading law firm as a Litigation Paralegal supporting complex matters from discovery through trial. This role will partner closely with attorneys on case management, eDiscovery, research, & trial preparation.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of paralegal experience, including complex litigation support
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have completed a paralegal program, or have equivalent knowledge & experience
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, Relativity, & IPRO
- Complex commercial litigation experience across multiple offices or jurisdictions is preferred
- Trial Director and OnCue proficiency is highly desirable
- You can work overtime and travel occasionally as needed
What You’ll Do
- Manage discovery, case files, eDiscovery databases, document collections, & court filings
- Conduct legal research and support discovery, depositions, witnesses, & exhibits
- Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, litigation support teams, & court personnel
- Provide hands-on support during trials, arbitrations, mediations, & depositions

- You keep complex matters organized and moving efficiently
- Attorneys can rely on you for accurate, responsive support throughout discovery & trial
- You confidently manage litigation technology, documents, & case logistics
Salary Range: $123,000 - $155,000 (annually based on experience)
Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid)
