A leading global design and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Testing Coordinator to join the team. Who You Are
- You bring 3+ years of product testing experience in fashion or color development
- You’ve worked with color testing protocols from major retailers and third-party tools (e.g. Walmart, UL)
- Confident using spectrophotometers and light boxes to evaluate color accuracy
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Excel
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate product samples for quality, fit, and color accuracy before production
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to factories and collaborate with designers on revisions
- Coordinate with overseas vendors to manage lab dip and shade band submissions
- Review and communicate lab comments to ensure color consistency across production
- Submit color samples to third-party labs for compliance testing and approval
- Maintain and update tracking tools to ensure timely approvals and on-time production
- Partner closely with design, production, and factory teams to uphold brand color standards
- Ensure all color testing meets retailer and lab requirements for production readiness

- All color submissions are approved on schedule, supporting timely production and delivery
- Communication with factories and internal teams is clear, consistent, and proactive
- Color standards are met across all styles and production runs
- Tracking systems are up-to-date and reflect real-time status of all submissions
- You’re seen as a reliable point of contact for all things color testing and compliance
Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
