A high-growth marketing organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media to drive performance across complex commerce ecosystems. Operating within a collaborative, fast-moving environment, this team blends strategy, analytics, and technology to unlock measurable business outcomes.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in retail media or commerce-focused performance marketing
- Must have experience with Amazon Advertising
- Preferred experience with Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, and Kroger Precision Marketing
- Familiar with platforms like Skai, Pacvue, or Perpetua
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Effective communicator comfortable in client-facing settings
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead retail media strategies across major commerce platforms
- Manage campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking
- Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to drive return on investment
- Build and run testing plans to improve performance and uncover insights
- Use campaign tools to streamline workflows and scale programs
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and client-ready narratives
- Lead client meetings, including quarterly reviews tied to business outcomes
- Partner internally to ensure accurate reporting and billing

Salary Range: $75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid
