A category-defining consumer brand known for its premium products, high-touch customer experience, and industry-leading delivery is seeking a dynamic growth marketing leader to help drive growth and customer acquisition. This high-visibility role reports directly to the CMO and offers the opportunity to shape strategy for one of the most recognized and trusted brands in its category.

 

The Manager of Growth Marketing is a strategic, performance-driven leader responsible for accelerating customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. This role blends deep paid media expertise with conversion optimization, CRM strategy, and analytics to build a scalable, high-performing marketing engine. Based in NYC, this individual will drive full-funnel growth initiatives, leveraging data, experimentation, and emerging technologies to optimize every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Growth Strategy: Own strategy and execution across Meta and other paid acquisition channels, optimizing toward cost per appointment, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Drive Funnel Optimization: Manage full-funnel performance from click-through conversion, leading structured A/B testing across landing pages, creative, offers, and messaging.
  • Scale CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop audience segmentation, nurture flows, remarketing, and reactivation strategies to maximize database monetization and lifecycle performance.
  • Own Analytics & Performance Insights: Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations that influence growth strategy and budget allocation.
  • Lead Growth Experimentation: Test emerging channels, creative approaches, AI tools, and automation workflows to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
  • Optimize Paid Media Investment: Manage and scale paid media budgets while improving ROI, conversion efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable business outcomes across all digital touchpoints.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital media
  • Proven track record improving conversion performance through A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Strong experience in CRM, database marketing, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Background in DTC and/or lead generation business models

Required Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Deep expertise managing and scaling Meta paid social campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, ad platforms, dashboards, and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets with a strong ROI orientation
  • Ability to translate complex performance data into clear growth recommendations and strategic action plans

Compensation

  • Salary range: $150K–$170K
  • Based full-time onsite from the company’s NYC headquarters
