Job Details
- Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
- Manage contract workflows in CLM system
- Assist with corporate entity management
- Manage filings, docketing, and patent renewals
- Perform extensive legal and factual research
- Manage confidential client information
- Salary Range: $75-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ paralegal experience
- Must have litigation experience
- Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
