A top finance firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Facilities to lead operations across multiple office locations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence, sustainability, and team leadership. It is based fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Lead and evolve facilities operations across multiple sites
- Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals
- Oversee building systems and ensure operational reliability
- Drive capital projects, renovations, and space planning
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Champion sustainability and safety initiatives
- Present performance insights and strategic updates to leadership
- Salary Range: $150-175k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years in facilities, including management & team leadership
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
- Proven project and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- CFM, FMP, or similar professional certification, preferred
