As a Systems Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining their cutting-edge IT systems and services, leaving an indelible mark on our operations. With a focus on network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing infrastructure, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding their company against cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain IT systems and services, monitoring networks, and optimizing infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to security risks promptly
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for IT infrastructure, including PCs, servers, networks, and security tools
  • Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access
  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure and on-prem firewalls/switches
  • Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software systems
  • Address audit requests from internal and external auditors
  • Manage user accounts and IT asset inventory using active directory and endpoint management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system-related issues
  • Provide technical specifications and design documents for business requirements
  • Improve processes and suggest better tools when appropriate
  • Ensure up-to-date security through device and software patching
  • Conduct end-user training and IT orientation for new hires
  • Support the firm's cloud applications and on-prem SharePoint site

Qualifications:

  • Six or more years of related work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of IT service delivery methodologies and preferably ITIL certified
  • Strong Systems administration knowledge supporting Windows Server and core infrastructure technologies
  • Cybersecurity experience with Managed Services providers and endpoint protection
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and mobile solutions
  • Experience with Azure, MS Teams, SharePoint, vSphere, and PowerShell is a plus

The salary ranges between $113,000 – $137,000, based on experience.
