  • Practical adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies that improve productivity, decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Team development, succession planning and a collaborative, service-oriented IT culture.

What Makes the Opportunity Distinctive

  • Serve as the organization’s senior-most technology executive with direct access to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Influence technology strategy across scientific discovery, manufacturing and global business operations.
  • Build upon an established enterprise technology ecosystem and evolving AI-governance framework.
  • Join a mission-oriented organization known for innovation, long-term thinking and investment in its people.
  • Lead a visible function with the resources and executive support to deliver meaningful transformation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Broad leadership across enterprise applications, infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity, data, vendors and operations.
  • Experience managing significant budgets, employees, managers, contractors and outsourced partners.
  • Demonstrated success developing roadmaps, prioritizing investments and translating technology strategy into measurable business value.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
