A leading international law firm is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to help shape and execute high-impact events that reflect its dynamic culture and global reach. Who You Are
- You have least a year of professional events experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Experienced in both virtual and in-person event coordination
- Familiar with tools like Zoom, Cvent, and CRM platforms
- Clear communicator with strong organizational instincts
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed
What You’ll Do
- Track RSVPs and use targeted outreach to boost attendance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
- Build registration sites and mobile apps for retreats and summits
- Support setup and breakdown of exhibit booths at conferences
- Create and manage event communications and invitations
- Prepare onsite materials like signage and name badges
- Source and negotiate with venues and vendors
- Analyze event performance and attendee feedback
- Manage inventory of branded gifts and promotional items

Salary Range: $60,000 – 70,000 annually, based on experience
