Who You Are
- A detail-oriented paralegal with 2+ years’ experience in litigation support
- Comfortable navigating legal databases and tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, and AlphaSense
- Skilled in proofreading and cite-checking legal documents with precision
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys by conducting legal and factual research across various platforms
- Review and verify citations, facts, and formatting in legal filings and correspondence
- Assist in preparing and submitting legal documents to courts and regulatory bodies
- Retrieve and interpret relevant rules, regulations, and case law
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring easy access to key documents and references

- Legal documents are consistently accurate, well-organized, and submitted on time

Salary Range: $75,000 – 95,000 annually, based on experience
