What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with confidence and courtesy
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries with clarity and efficiency
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain shared calendars
  • Keep the reception area tidy and inviting
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries with care
  • Support agents and leadership with administrative tasks and marketing materials
  • Assist in preparing real estate documents and listings

Salary Range: $55,000 – 60,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Floral Park, Long Island
