Description
A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Title & Survey Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate transactions and portfolio deals.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of commercial real estate title and survey experience
- You have strong title review, survey review, and due diligence skills
- You can manage multiple transactions independently and meet tight deadlines
- You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with a law firm or title company is preferred
What You'll Do
- Review title commitments, surveys, endorsements, and related diligence materials
- Analyze title issues and coordinate solutions with attorneys
- Support transactions ranging from single assets to large property portfolios
- Manage due diligence deliverables and closing timelines
- Partner with attorneys, title companies, and other transaction parties
What Success Looks Like
- Due Diligence is completed accurately and on time
- Title and survey issues are identified and resolved efficiently
- Transactions progress smoothly through closing
- High-quality work is delivered across multiple matters simultaneously
Salary Range: NYC: $99,000 - $117,000 (annually based on experience)
Location: New York, NY; Hybrid 4 days onsite (Mon-Thu)
