Description

This marketing agency creates customized digital experiences for marquee clients across the healthcare sector. Moving beyond traditional agency models, the company delivers end-to-end event production and immersive experiences. You will drive hands-on operations by staging, configuring, and executing complex interactive event productions. As a key contributor on a tight knit team, you will bridge client visions and real-world execution by deploying flawless digital interactive assets. Joining this team means directly empowering world-changing healthcare brands to tell compelling stories that captivate and educate key audiences worldwide.

About the Role

  • Lead healthcare-focused digital and experiential projects end to end - from brainstorm and proposal development through production, on-site execution, and post-show reporting.
  • Drive high-profile work across interactive exhibits, custom applications, websites, touchscreens, VR experiences, and live events for major pharmaceutical brands.
  • Run client workstreams and weekly meetings, gather content, guide storyboard reviews, consolidate feedback, and keep approvals and deliverables moving.
  • Coordinate writers, designers, programmers, production teams, and outside vendors to translate creative concepts into polished, technically ambitious experiences.
  • Own project plans, schedules, documentation, testing, and milestone tracking while identifying risks and resolving roadblocks before they affect delivery.
  • Manage scientific and promotional content submissions and review cycles through Veeva Vault, confirming revisions are accurately reflected across creative and production assets.
  • Serve as the on-site project lead at domestic and international shows, coordinating logistics, vendor activity, team needs, testing, and client communication.
  • Capture performance data and project learnings after each activation, producing clear post-show reporting and recommendations for future programs.
  • Join a collaborative, approximately 16-person creative/production agency with deep healthcare expertise, long-standing pharma relationships, repeat business, and a reputation for solving complex 'impossible' problems.
  • Hybrid role based in the Tinton Falls, NJ area, typically in office Tuesdays and Thursdays with additional in-person time during event preparation; travel may reach approximately 50%.
  • Full-time opportunity with a $60K-$100K base range and flexibility for exceptional candidates; immediate hiring need, with temp-to-perm considered as a bridge if helpful.

About You

  • 4-7 years of digital project management plus tradeshow, conference, experiential, or multimedia production experience; healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and cross-functional creative/technical teams while keeping multiple timelines, dependencies, and deliverables on track.
  • Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Monday.com, with comfort navigating CMS environments and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
  • 3+ years in healthcare, pharma, exhibit-house, experiential, or multimedia environments is preferred; backgrounds with firms such as Jack Morton, Impact, Freeman, or similar are especially relevant.
  • Comfort operating as a hands-on project owner in a small, fast-moving team - able to make sound editorial judgments, communicate clearly, and take unfamiliar problems from ambiguity to execution.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
