A distinguished litigation practice is seeking a Paralegal to join its dynamic team of trial attorneys. Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience, including e-filing in New York courts
- Familiar with NY collections processes and terminology
- Proficient in NYCEF and EDDS platforms
- Skilled in drafting, assembling, and submitting motions electronically
- Comfortable using document generation tools
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file high-volume motions for default judgments
- Manage e-filing through NYCEF and EDDS systems
- Coordinate and obtain client e-signatures for required documents
- Utilize Simplicity Collect for document generation and NetDocs for document management
What Success Looks Like
- Motions are drafted accurately and filed on time
- E-filing processes run smoothly with minimal errors
- Client signatures are secured promptly to avoid delays
Pay Range: $35-40 per hour
