Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys or legal teams
- Skilled in managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative workflows for busy executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills
- Trusted to handle sensitive client and firm information with discretion
- Able to coordinate multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines independently
What You’ll Do
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail
- Draft, format, and circulate legal correspondence, reports, and documents accurately
- Maintain client records and manage billing, time entry, and related administrative processes
- Coordinate projects across teams and track deliverables to meet deadlines
- Organize filing, scanning, and document management systems efficiently
- Support special initiatives, workflow improvements, and office projects as requested

Salary Range: $85,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
