Who You Are 

  • A proactive legal administrative professional with at least 5 years of experience 
  • Skilled in formatting legal documents in Microsoft Word and editing PDFs 
  • Experienced with both NY and CA legal documents 
  • Top-notch proofreading skills – you catch everything! 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule hearings and depositions 
  • Format legal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools 
  • Draft correspondence and forms under attorney guidance 
  • Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and lodging 
  • Process expenses and generate reports 
  • Manage Amex Chrome accounts for attorneys 
  • Enter billable time and assist with document management 
  • Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, and occasional reception coverage 
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

  • Attorneys and team members consistently rely on your accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism 
  • Legal documents are delivered polished, properly formatted, and on time 
  • Scheduling and logistics run smoothly, with minimal oversight required 
  • You contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and high-integrity work environment 

Salary Range: $90,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
