An industry leader in cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions is seeking an Intranet Content Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis to support the rollout and administration of their intranet site.
Please Note: This is a short-term temporary role and requires a 4-8 week time commitment.
Who You Are
- You have experience managing content in SharePoint or similar intranet platforms
 
- You’re detail-oriented with a strong sense of how to organize digital information for clarity and ease of use
 
- You’re comfortable working with both technical and creative content
 
- You enjoy curating and maintaining internal resources that help teams stay informed and aligned
 
What You’ll Do
- Support the ongoing development and upkeep of the company intranet using SharePoint
 
- Structure and design intranet pages to enhance usability and visual clarity
 
- Upload and organize internal documents, updates, and resources for employee access
 
- Maintain and update safety-related content to ensure compliance and visibility
 
- Curate relevant materials and ensure they are properly routed and accessible
 
- Manage both functional and creative content areas to keep information current and engaging
 
What Success Looks Like
- Employees can easily find and access the information they need
 
- Intranet content is consistently up to date, well-organized, and visually intuitive
 
- Safety protocols and key updates are clearly communicated and readily available
 
- The intranet becomes a trusted, go-to resource for internal communication and collaboration
 
Pay Rate: $35 – 40 per hour, based on experience
Time Commitment: Temporary, 4-8 weeks
