A growing investment firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This high-impact role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and executive partnership.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives in investment management, consulting, legal, or other professional services environments
- Highly organized with advanced Outlook and Excel skills
- Outgoing and comfortable interacting with executives, investors, and external partners
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Comfortable managing both business and personal executive support, office operations, and special projects
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and expense reporting for senior leadership and the investment team
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, research, and business documents
- Coordinate internal meetings, client events, and executive travel logistics
- Support deal-related administrative processes and day-to-day office operations
- Anticipate leadership needs, resolve issues proactively, and provide high-level administrative support

- Executives receive seamless, proactive support across daily operations
- Calendars, travel, and priorities are managed efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Meetings, events, and projects are executed with professionalism and attention to detail
Salary Range: $175,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
