Description
A prominent New York City-based nonprofit with a focus on healthcare is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in support of the organization’s President.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives at the CEO or President level
- Must have non-profit experience
- Experience supporting board activities, highly preferred
- Experienced in managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and executive logistics across multiple locations
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive correspondence professionally and discreetly
- Comfortable serving as a trusted gatekeeper
- Tech-savvy and skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and expense management platforms such as Concur
What You’ll Do
- Manage the President’s schedule, travel arrangements, and day-to-day executive operations
- Coordinate meetings, board-related activities, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, presentations, and confidential materials
- Handle expense reporting, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Monitor competing priorities and proactively protect executive time and workflow
- Support special projects, event coordination, and cross-functional initiatives
- Respond quickly to schedule changes, travel disruptions, and evolving business needs

- Executive operations run smoothly across meetings, travel, and stakeholder engagement
- Communication and scheduling are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion
- Priorities are managed seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Internal and external stakeholders receive responsive, polished support
Salary Range: $100,000 - 120,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid (generally 3 out of 5 days in-office, though flexibility to align with the President’s in-office needs is required)
