They are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join the team in support of the CEO and President.
Who You Are
- Experienced Executive Assistant with 5-7 years of experience in supporting senior leaders, ideally in financial services or insurance
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Discreet and dependable, with a strong sense of initiative
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder across teams
What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars and departmental schedules
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Organize meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
- Coordinate travel logistics including transportation, lodging, and meeting arrangements
- Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support internal communications and assist with marketing initiatives
- Handle confidential matters and provide general administrative support

Salary Range: $110,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
