They are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join the team in support of the CEO and President. 

Who You Are 

  • Experienced Executive Assistant with 5-7 years of experience in supporting senior leaders, ideally in financial services or insurance 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities 
  • Discreet and dependable, with a strong sense of initiative 
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder across teams 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage executive calendars and departmental schedules 
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents 
  • Organize meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly 
  • Coordinate travel logistics including transportation, lodging, and meeting arrangements 
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with company standards 
  • Support internal communications and assist with marketing initiatives 
  • Handle confidential matters and provide general administrative support

  • You demonstrate initiative, reliability, and sound judgment in all tasks 
  • You’re viewed as a trusted partner and resource across the organization 

Salary Range: $110,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience 

Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
