Our client is a prestigious international law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Downtown Manhattan.
Job Details
- Heavy calendar management
- Book appointments, meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other meeting materials
- Answer phones, screen calls, and monitor email inbox
- Maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets and prepare financial reports
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Salary: $80-100k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years’ Administrative experience
- Law firm experience, highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Top-notch project management and organizational skills
- Eagle-eyed proofreader with excellent spelling and grammar skills
