A top New York City law firm is seeking an Events and Marketing Specialist to join the team. 

Who You Are 

  • Experienced managing corporate events, client experiences, or hospitality-driven programming  
  • Strong knowledge of NYC venues, restaurants, and event trends  
  • Creative, resourceful, and highly organized with strong attention to detail  
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and last-minute requests  
  • Strong communicator with a polished, service-oriented approach  

What You’ll Do 

  • Plan and execute events ranging from large firm gatherings to smaller client dinners and networking experiences  
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics from concept development through onsite execution  
  • Lead internal engagement initiatives including wellness programming, social activities, and employee events  
  • Source venues, vendors, and experiences that align with the organization’s culture and client expectations  
  • Manage gifting programs for clients and employees, including customized and time-sensitive requests  
  • Partner with internal teams and committees to support culture-building initiatives and special events

  • Events are executed seamlessly with strong attendance and positive feedback  
  • Employees and clients receive thoughtful, high-quality experiences  
  • Creative programming strengthens workplace culture and engagement  
  • Last-minute requests and event changes are handled smoothly and professionally  
  • The organization maintains a polished, hospitality-focused presence 

Salary Range:  $85,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
