They are seeking a Director of Integrated Planning to lead integrated media planning across brand and performance channels, translating business challenges into growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Media Strategy: Own integrated media planning across key accounts, translating business objectives into innovative, cross-channel strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Serve as Senior Client Advisor: Build executive-level client relationships, providing strategic counsel, presenting recommendations, and identifying opportunities to expand impact and investment.
  • Guide Planning Excellence: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of media programs, ensuring alignment between strategy, activation, measurement, and business outcomes.
  • Drive Insights & Innovation: Leverage audience intelligence, research, and marketplace trends to uncover opportunities, strengthen performance, and inform long-term planning.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with investment, analytics, creative, and channel teams to deliver integrated solutions and a seamless client experience.
  • Oversee Account Leadership: Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, operational excellence, and consistent strategic direction.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams: Mentor and inspire planning talent, elevating strategic thinking, client leadership, and overall team performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of integrated media planning and strategy experience within an agency environment.
  • Proven success leading media strategy and client relationships for complex, multi-channel accounts.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and digital media planning, audience strategy, and communications planning.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong leadership track record managing teams, developing talent, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for media innovation, staying ahead of trends, and building long-term client partnerships.

Salary Range:  $140,000 - 150,000 annually, based on experience

Location:  New York, NY -- Hybrid
