Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, develop & optimize Google Display campaigns to meet ROI and conversion targets, optimizing spending daily.
- Develop and refresh ad creatives, ensuring continuous testing.
- Implement and analyze A/B tests for campaigns and creatives to improve performance and performance.
- Present concise performance reports and insights to management, utilizing market and competitor research.

Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years managing, developing, and scaling Display Media Buys, driving KPIs and margin.
- Exceptional ability to leverage data to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and suggest future tests.
