Intro
A growing digital infrastructure company is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead outreach and stakeholder engagement across West Texas project sites.
Who You Are
- You have experience in community relations, government affairs, public affairs, or a related field
- You are skilled at building relationships with government, community, and business stakeholders
- You have strong communication and public speaking abilities
- You are based in West Texas and willing to travel regularly
- Experience with local government or land use processes is preferred
- Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or real estate development is a plus
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison with community members, local officials, and civic organizations
- Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and community events
- Lead engagement initiatives for new and existing sites
- Support permitting and zoning efforts through stakeholder outreach
- Develop community communications and manage feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to address community concerns and priorities

- Strong relationships with local stakeholders and government partners
- Positive community engagement across project locations
- Community concerns are addressed proactively and effectively
- Stakeholder outreach supports project development and operational objectives
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (annually based on experience)
Location: El Paso Metropolitan Area (Remote but requires travel around West Texas)
