Join a leading law firm supporting a sophisticated Project Finance and Development practice. This role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional with strong Microsoft Office skills and an exceptional client-service mindset.
Who You Are
- You have 1+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
- Skilled at creating presentations and complex Excel trackers
- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and business professionals
- Coordinate travel, time entry, detailed expense reports, and other administrative needs
- Create, edit, and format presentations, client materials, trackers, and business documents
- Partner closely with the team Coordinator to manage workflows and provide seamless coverage
- Build strong working relationships with attorneys, clients, and administrative colleagues
- Support special projects and anticipate team needs

- Attorneys receive proactive, accurate, and responsive administrative support
- Presentations, trackers, and business materials are consistently high quality
- Administrative workflows run smoothly, allowing senior team members to focus on higher-level priorities
Salary Range: $65,000 - 70,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY -- Hybrid
