A growing insurance services firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support bond operations and client transactions. This is a detail-driven role focused on processing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of related insurance experience and/or training; surety experience preferred
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills
- Able to review contracts and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing multiple priorities
What You'll Do
- Process surety bonds, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related transactions
- Review contracts, bond requests, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with clients, underwriters, producers, and account managers
- Maintain accurate records, resolve documentation issues, and support compliance requirements
- Assist with invoicing and day-to-day bond operations

- Bond transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
- Documentation and processing issues are resolved quickly
- Clients and internal teams receive responsive, professional support
- Multiple deadlines are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $63,000 - $67,000 (annually based on experience)
Location: Wayne, PA (hybrid)
