A mission-driven Jewish nonprofit organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team.
Who You Are
- 1-2 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and project coordination skills
- Professional, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to support occasional evening or weekend events
What You'll Do
- Manage office operations, reception, and day-to-day administrative activities
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, board and committee logistics, events, and meeting materials
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and visiting staff
- Build relationships with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support across the team as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Office operations run efficiently and professionally
- Executives and staff receive proactive, dependable support
- Meetings and events are organized seamlessly from planning through execution
- Organizational priorities are supported through strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Salary Range: $60,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
