A mission-driven Jewish nonprofit organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. 

Who You Are 

  • 1-2 years of administrative or executive support experience  
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and project coordination skills  
  • Professional, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus  
  • Collaborative, proactive, and willing to support occasional evening or weekend events  

What You'll Do 

  • Manage office operations, reception, and day-to-day administrative activities  
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling  
  • Coordinate meetings, board and committee logistics, events, and meeting materials  
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and visiting staff  
  • Build relationships with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives  
  • Assist with special projects and provide administrative support across the team as needed

  • Office operations run efficiently and professionally  
  • Executives and staff receive proactive, dependable support  
  • Meetings and events are organized seamlessly from planning through execution  
  • Organizational priorities are supported through strong communication, organization, and follow-through 

Salary Range:  $60,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
