Description
A prominent litigation practice known for shaping major cases nationwide is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support its experienced legal team. A high-performance culture combines collaboration, resilience, and a commitment to guiding clients through complex legal matters with care and determination. This position will be central to maintaining efficient operations while contributing to a team recognized for handling large-scale cases with lasting impact. This role may convert from temporary to permanent.
Who You Are
• You have 6+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
• You deliver a high level of service and are attentive to the needs of those you support
• You take initiative and follow through on tasks with minimal direction
• You communicate clearly and effectively across a variety of stakeholders
• You are reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• You have experience working in professional environments such as consulting, legal, or financial services
• You are comfortable supporting senior-level team members
• You work well both independently and as part of a team
What You’ll Do
• Provide administrative support to senior professionals, including leadership-level stakeholders
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple priorities
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
• Assist with internal and external communications, including phone coverage
• Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Contribute to a support function that requires organization, attention to detail, and consistency

Pay Rate Range: $39-40 per hour, based on experience
