Who You Are

  • A technology professional with several years of hands‑on experience supporting and engineering A/V and network environments
  • Someone who naturally steps into a leadership role, guiding peers and partnering across teams to deliver seamless technology experiences
  • Comfortable serving as a subject‑matter expert for audio‑visual systems while also collaborating closely with network engineering and user support teams
  • Skilled at diagnosing complex issues across hardware, software, and integrated systems

  • Adaptable and steady under pressure, especially when managing tight timelines, high‑visibility issues, or after‑hours work
  • Experienced in professional services environments or similar high‑demand settings

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of audio‑visual solutions across multiple office locations
  • Ensure A/V platforms integrate smoothly with the firm’s broader network infrastructure
  • Provide advanced technical support for conference room technology, collaboration tools, and related systems
  • Troubleshoot complex A/V and network‑adjacent issues, serving as a Tier 3 escalation point for a large, distributed user base
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices to support consistent performance and reliability
  • Monitor system health, performance, and uptime in alignment with service level expectations
  • Evaluate new technologies, conduct testing, and recommend enhancements to improve the firm’s A/V environment
  • Partner with vendors as the primary technical contact for A/V platforms, hardware, and applications
  • Support the maintenance of network components including servers, remote access tools, routing, switching, and telecommunications systems
  • Participate in firmwide technology initiatives where A/V expertise is required

What Success Looks Like

  • Audio‑visual systems across all locations operate reliably, consistently, and with minimal downtime
  • Conference rooms and collaboration spaces deliver a seamless user experience for in‑person and remote participants
  • Network engineering and user support teams view you as a trusted partner and technical leader
  • Issues are resolved quickly, root causes are identified, and long‑term fixes are implemented
  • Documentation, standards, and processes are clear, current, and widely adopted
  • New technologies are evaluated thoughtfully and introduced in ways that strengthen the firm’s overall infrastructure
  • Attorneys, staff, and clients experience smooth, high‑quality interactions with the firm’s A/V and communication tool
