What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Keep the front desk running smoothly and professionally
- Route calls to the appropriate team members with ease
- Manage meeting spaces, ensuring they’re clean and client-ready
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and services
- Keep kitchen areas stocked and supplies replenished
- Support internal teams by submitting basic IT requests
- Assist with simple tech tasks like unlocking equipment or relaying instructions

Pay Range: $26 - $28 hourly, based on experience
