Our client is a well-known luxury consumer product manufacturer. They are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the team on a long-term temporary basis. 

Who You Are 

  • You have 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience  
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Airtable 
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach  
  • Interest in visual merchandising, retail environments, or design-related projects is a plus  

What You’ll Do 

  • Support project coordination, order processing, and administrative workflows across multiple initiatives  
  • Maintain databases, reports, inventory records, and digital documentation  
  • Track project timelines, shipments, invoices, and vendor deliverables  
  • Coordinate scheduling and communications with retailers, vendors, and internal teams  
  • Manage document workflows, file transfers, and electronic signature processes  
  • Monitor project assets, photography, and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and completeness  
  • Assist with operational and reporting activities that support successful project execution  

What Success Looks Like 

  • Project information, records, and reports are maintained accurately and efficiently  
  • Orders, shipments, and documentation are tracked with minimal errors  
  • Vendors and internal stakeholders receive timely and organized support  
  • Administrative processes run smoothly in a high-volume environment 

Pay Rate Range: $26-28 per hour, based on experience 

Location: Long Island City, NY – Hybrid
