They are seeking a strategic Global Director of Talent Acquisition own and elevate the Talent Acquisition function for the organization. Reporting to the VP, HR, the Director will guide a skilled team. Engaging with leadership throughout the company, the Director will drive strategic recruiting efforts, build the case for best recruiting practices, ensuring the company continues to hire the best.

  • Design and implement talent acquisition processes to deliver exceptional recruitment to leaders and a positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and Executive Leadership to craft and carry out the Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Ensure the company continually hires the best talent in the industry.
  • Work with the Legal and People Leadership teams to maintain compliance in global hiring practices.
  • Integrate DEI principles into recruitment processes, demonstrating a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Sustain and enhance the performance of the recruitment team.
  • Oversee recruitment metrics and analytics reporting.
  • Collaborate to develop and execute employer branding strategies, ensuring value proposition is effectively communicated on key platforms.
  • Consult on compensation and benefits to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
  • Oversee administrative functions Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

  • 9+ years Talent Acquisition experience. Including at least 3 years in house within a leading Tech company
  • Experience recruiting for competitive Tech and Corporate positions
  • Track record of consultative partnerships with executives and hiring managers, building the business case for a variety of strategies
