Our client, a distinguished brand strategy and experienced design firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee and support the Director across all stages of the business development cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying new leads, developing proposals, crafting pitch presentations, finalizing contracts, and setting the team up for engagement success. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and collaborating closely with leaders across the firm, your strategic thinking and energetic approach will be pivotal in driving the firm's growth.   • Handle inbound inquiries and manage logistics throughout the new business process. 
  • Create content for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and presentations to highlight our firm's strengths to potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Experience Design teams to develop solutions, budgets, and project plans for client challenges. 
  • Oversee the proposal and pitch development process, from initial inquiry to deal closure. 
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot, tracking new leads and deal progress for reporting purposes. 
  • Prepare internal teams for project kickoffs and ongoing project requirements after deal closures. 
  • Maintain and organize DeSantis Breindel’s new business materials, including proposals, presentations, and case studies. 


  • 3-5 years' experience in account management or business development within a branding or advertising agency. Experience with B-to-B brands strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior/executive stakeholders. 
  • A proactive, inquisitive self-starter who actively seeks necessary information. 
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM. 

Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000 based on experience.
