A fast-growing e-commerce firm is seeking a Senior Product & Design Manager to join the team in Brooklyn, NY.
Who You Are
- You have experience in both graphic/packaging design and project management
- Strong background with physical consumer packaged goods, print production, structural packaging, and box dielines
- Proven ability to manage manufacturing timelines and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership while collaborating with remote teams and international manufacturers
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance creative work with operational execution
- Familiarity with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, and digital asset management is a plus
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through manufacturing and launch
- Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and manufacturing timelines to ensure projects stay on track
- Oversee packaging design, structural packaging, product imagery, and print production
- Partner with the CEO to translate creative concepts into production-ready products
- Coordinate with remote teams to support product setup, SKU management, and digital launch readiness
- Drive organization, communication, and execution across multiple product lines and stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
- Products launch on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Creative vision is translated into polished, production-ready packaging and products
- Manufacturing partners and internal teams remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle
- Projects move efficiently from concept to the digital marketplace through strong planning and execution
Salary Range: $80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Brooklyn, NY – Fully on site (Fridays end at 1 PM!)
