A world-class financial institution and industry titan is seeking a detail-oriented Events Management Coordinator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of event planning experience, preferably in corporate environments
- Skilled in managing both in-person and virtual events from planning through execution
- Strong communicator with a service-oriented and professional approach
- Experienced coordinating vendors, catering, AV teams, and event logistics
- Comfortable using digital event platforms such as Zoom and related technologies
- Flexible to support events outside standard business hours when needed
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, meetings, and special events across multiple formats
- Serve as the primary onsite contact during events, overseeing logistics and attendee experience
- Manage virtual event platforms to ensure smooth delivery and engagement
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service agreements as needed
- Coordinate staffing plans and event coverage for all programming
- Partner with catering, audiovisual, and external teams to execute seamless events
What Success Looks Like
- Events are delivered smoothly with strong organization and execution
- Attendees receive a polished and engaging experience across virtual and in-person formats
- Vendors and internal teams are coordinated effectively throughout the event lifecycle
Pay Rate: $35-40 per hour, based on experience
Location: Denver, CO – Fully on site
