Description
Join a strategy-led creative agency as a Senior Project Manager, owning day-to-day delivery for a major technology account. You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects while keeping clients, creative teams, budgets, & timelines aligned.
Who You Are
- You have 6–8 years of experience in digital or integrated agency environments
- You have 2+ years of experience writing scopes of work and contracts
- You have strong project estimation skills and experience managing multiple projects & client relationships simultaneously
- You have experience working within Workfront
- You understand budgets, profitability, resource planning, & scope management
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex projects from discovery through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, & deliverables
- Serve as the client’s day-to-day source of truth across project plans, briefs, reviews, & next steps
- Coordinate creative teams and external vendors across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Monitor project health, scope, profitability, & risks while proactively resolving issues
- Support SOWs, change orders, client relationships, & account growth opportunities

- Complex projects stay organized, profitable, & on schedule
- Clients and internal teams have clear visibility into priorities, progress, & next steps
- Risks are identified early and evolving client needs are managed without sacrificing scope or quality
Salary Range: $117,000 - $120,000 (annually based on experience)
Location: Remote (9:00am – 6:00pm ET)
