A global law firm is seeking an Immigration Specialist to support a wide range of global immigration matters in a fast-paced, international legal environment. The role involves working closely with attorneys and international partners to manage visa lifecycles, track high-volume case data, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting global immigration processes across non-US jurisdictions
- Skilled at managing multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and urgency
- Comfortable communicating complex immigration processes to clients and their employees
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with case tracking systems
- A strong team player who takes initiative and anticipates needs
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate global immigration matters across various jurisdictions in partnership with attorneys and local counsel
- Prepare and track non-US visa, work permit, and residence permit applications
- Support clients through application processes, timelines, and document requirements
- Monitor key dates and ensure timely filings and renewals
- Update databases and reports with case statuses and metrics
- Ensure all work meets firm standards and client deadlines, including occasional overtime

Salary Range: $85,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Washington, DC – Hybrid
