In this role, you will execute projects that help clients stand out, navigate change, and achieve business results.
The Digital UI Designer is a strategic creative responsible for leading digital design work while contributing to brand identity systems. This role blends strong visual execution with strategic thinking, translating client objectives into digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Design Execution: Own creation of web experiences, UI systems, and digital assets from concept through delivery.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Guide projects from wireframes and prototypes to development-ready designs and final assets.
- Strategic Design Thinking: Align creative decisions with client goals, ensuring work is visually strong and effective.
- Brand Integration: Contribute to and evolve brand identity systems across digital touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, strategists, developers, copywriters, and clients.
- Bridge Creative & Technical: Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented as intended.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Autonomous Delivery: Manage timelines, prioritize workstreams, and deliver high-quality output.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in digital/web design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and brand identity work
- Ability to design web pages, UI systems, and prototypes at a high level
- Experience taking projects from concept through development-ready execution
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience creating component-based design systems and style guides
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate with developers
- Familiarity with prototyping, animation, or no-code tools is a plus
- Strategic mindset connecting design decisions to business outcomes
- Comfortable in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- High ownership and ability to manage deadlines
- Curious, proactive, and committed to elevating creative standards
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
- Salary Range: $125,000 - 135,000 annually, based on experience
