Job Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead high-profile client onboarding, product implementation, and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding clients’ use of the company’s SaaS solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Represent the company at industry conferences to build brand awareness and strengthen partnerships.
- Embrace a startup mentality, wearing multiple hats as needed to support clients and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management.
- Proven success managing pharmaceutical clients.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel, including attending industry conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 based on experience
