Our client, an innovative SaaS provider specializing in clinical trial transparency solutions, is seeking a Customer Success Leader to join their growing team. With two newly inked partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies, they’re looking for a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional service and drive client success. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead high-profile client onboarding, product implementation, and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding clients’ use of the company’s SaaS solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences to build brand awareness and strengthen partnerships.
  • Embrace a startup mentality, wearing multiple hats as needed to support clients and internal teams.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management.
  • Proven success managing pharmaceutical clients.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel, including attending industry conferences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

 

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 based on experience
