They are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to own a diverse set of responsibilities including benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and enhancing HR processes, offering a fulfilling opportunity to influence and improve internal operations. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. This involves handling inquiries, coordinating the annual open enrollment process, and working with providers for efficient administration.
  • Manage the Rewards and Recognition program, including communications, tracking nominations, and overseeing enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on the HR budgets.
  • Maintain and update employee records, covering new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other changes.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all employee data, including compliance.
  • Administer the HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Generate and analyze reports for data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare documentation for employee changes, including personnel action forms, letters, organizational charts, and notifications.
  • Develop and manage HR surveys, track analytics, and provide support for various HR-related topics.
  • Handle employment verifications and other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in Human Resources, with experience in benefits administration, compensation, and HR analytics among other Generalist responsibilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume work efficiently, and adapting to changing priorities under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proactive in anticipating needs, and consistent in follow-through.
  • Resourceful and adept at problem-solving, with a thorough understanding of HR procedures and policies.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Excel.
