Description

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This organization prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance. Amazing benefits include 401K with matching. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Downtown Manhattan. 

Job Details 

  • Act as a resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more 
  • Research, design, and implement HR policies 
  • Manage key parts of benefits administration, including FMLA and leaves of absence (LOA) 
  • Perform job analyses, create position descriptions, and recommend compensation strategies 
  • Support various other HR functions across the organization, including recruiting, employee relations, training & development, onboarding, and special projects 
  • Salary: $120-145k annually, based on experience 
  • Excellent benefits package includes health insurance and 401k with matching 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 10+ years’ HR Generalist experience, with at least 5 years of management experience 
  • Must have experience with Benefits Administration and Leaves of Absence 
  • Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local and federal labor laws 
  • Skilled in project management, research, and data analysis 
  • Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
