Our client, a top NYC finance firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Manhattan. 

Please Note:  This is a temporary position, with an estimated assignment length of six months. 

Who You Are 

  • You have 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven professionalism and discretion in client-facing interactions 

What You’ll Do 

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for executives 
  • Welcome and engage visitors, executives, and clients with professionalism and warmth 
  • Handle hospitality needs for meetings, including food orders and setup 
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting 
  • Organize and execute team meetings, staff events, and team-building activities 
  • Prepare and edit presentations for executive committees and board meetings 
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparation of departmental reports and ad-hoc projects 
  • Maintain office supplies and collaborate with Workplace Services, Facilities, and IT teams 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Meetings and events run smoothly with all materials prepared on time 
  • Visitors, executives, and clients experience a welcoming and professional office environment 
  • Travel and expenses are managed accurately and efficiently 
  • Executive presentations are polished and delivered to a high standard 

Pay Rate Range:  $35-40 per hour, based on experience 

Time Commitment:  Temporary, full time, for approximately six months 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
