What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the creation of integrated media plans by analyzing audiences, reviewing competitive activity, and recommending channels
  • Use research tools to uncover insights that shape media strategy and investment choices
  • Turn data trends and market learnings into clear, actionable guidance for internal partners and clients
  • Collaborate with senior planners to develop strategic frameworks, presentations, and planning materials
  • Support cross‑channel planning efforts, drawing from a foundation in traditional media while gaining exposure to digital channels
  • Build a strong understanding of client industries, audience behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform planning decisions
  • Assist in planning for campaigns that require deeper segmentation, especially those targeting B2B or niche audiences

Who You Are

  • Someone with hands‑on experience shaping traditional media plans within an agency
  • Comfortable digging into research, data, and audience insights to form strategic points of view
  • Skilled at using planning tools and research platforms to guide media decisions
  • Confident supporting senior team members while independently managing defined parts of the planning workflow
  • Familiar with digital media planning or eager to expand your knowledge in that space
  • Interested in working on campaigns that target B2B or highly specific audience segments

 

Salary Range:  $75,000 – 85,000 per year, based on experience

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid
