A leading executive search and staffing firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support Marketing within the financial services and technology sectors. The Senior Marketing Manager will be both hands on and strategic, bringing marketing strategy to life across SEO, email, social media, and events. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for executing programs that increase brand visibility with target audiences and generate qualified leads.
Known for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering top-tier talent, the firm thrives on subject matter expertise within the evolving Financial Services and Cyber Risk markets.

- Analytical mindset with a knack for testing and optimizing tactics based on performance
What You’ll Do
- Own execution of campaigns across SEO, email, social, and event channels
- Create and manage content calendars, marketing workflows, and performance dashboards
- Support the roll-out of a broader Marketing Playbook with detailed tactical execution
- Build email nurture journeys, manage SEO updates, and coordinate logistics for events and webinars
- Track and report on KPIs like engagement, lead volume, and channel ROI
Experience & Background
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a professional services, agency, or consulting environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies across:
- Social Media (organic and paid)
- Email Marketing
- SEO
- Event Marketing (webinars, client events, conferences)
Platform Proficiency
- Email Marketing & Automation: Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo
- Social Media Management: LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Sheets
- Event Marketing: Zoom Webinars, Eventbrite, Splash, or Hopin
- CRM/Lead Management: HubSpot CRM, Salesforce
Salary Range: $90,000 - 120,000, based on experience
