A rapidly growing startup disrupting the media landscape is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant, eager to play a pivotal role by supporting their CEO. This professional will play a multidisciplinary role beyond supporting the executive’s day-to-day priorities; by coordinating media events and supporting marketing, sales & promotional efforts. Responsibilities
- meetings, take detailed notes, and document actionable next steps.
- project plans, ensuring clear communication and completion of next steps.
- executive decision-making by providing relevant notes and research materials.
- research and prepare briefs for sales calls, media appearances, and events.
- scheduling of all meetings and appointments, managing the CEO's calendar and email, including inbox processing, drafting emails, and optimizing workflow.
- and book travel plans, including hotels, airlines, and flights.
- the creation of presentations for upcoming events by conducting research, providing talking points, and creating decks.
- weekly reports on potential content ideas for social media based on daily activities and review all social media content to streamline CEO's review time.
- a file management system for personal and company documents and plan an update for company file management processes.
Skill Competencies:
- years in executive support with significant experience supporting marketing, PR, and sales initiatives
- responsiveness and organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing effectively.

*Salary Range: $100,000-130,00k based on experience. Hybrid in NYC.
