Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Practice Manager, Litigation to support their Litigation Section. This position can be based in either their NYC or Boston office. The firm offers a collaborative environment with growth potential and an excellent benefits package!

Job Details:
- Support the Litigation Section and collaborate closely with Section and Practice management.
- Serve as the point of contact for associate development, workload management, and operational matters.
- Oversee associate professional development, including performance monitoring, evaluations, and training programs.
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with associates and help identify development opportunities.
- Manage work allocation and analyze metrics to monitor attorney utilization.
- Assist with strategic initiatives, section administration, and budget oversight.
- Coordinate section events and support associate accolade submissions.
- Collaborate with recruiting and HR to facilitate hiring, onboarding, and professional development for associates.
- Prepare reports and business intelligence insights to inform section leadership on trends and key performance indicators.
- Serve as a leader and mentor within the firm’s Practice Management team, working to develop best-in-class practices across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in practice management, professional development, or HR within a large law firm
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong leadership skills and a customer service-oriented approach

Salary: $145K-$165K annually, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
